Description
This NEWAY NL251HP is a demo machine that has not yet produced any chips. A 45° inclined bed forms the core of the machine. It features an extremely stable cast iron structure made of Meehanite cast iron, with a special damping sand hard integrated into the machine frame. This effectively improves the performance of the castings and provides even greater vibration-dampening properties. Each servo axis is equipped with a silent-noise ball screw and is directly connected to the servo motor via a flexible coupling. This results in high speed, low noise, high positioning accuracy, and high repetitive positioning accuracy. The servo motor is equipped with an absolute encoder. This allows the machine to be ready for use immediately after switching on, without having to run reference points. Position information is not lost after the power is disconnected.
