How does Hutnia work?
We are your procurement agent — not a marketplace. Here's how the process works:
Tell us what you're looking for
Fill in the consultation form — machine category, budget, timing. Or find a specific listing in our database and click „Request consultation“.
We analyse the market
We search all major European platforms (Mascus, Maschinensucher, Surplex, Kleinanzeigen and others). We prepare a shortlist of the 3-5 best options.
We negotiate on your behalf
We contact the sellers in German. We negotiate the price, verify the machine's condition and agree on the terms.
Inspection (optional)
On request we arrange an on-site inspection of the machine — via our technician or a trusted partner in Germany.
Purchase + Transport Booking
You buy directly from the seller — the sales contract is between you two, Hutnia is not a party to it. We arrange the carrier and insurance — the transport contract is signed directly between you and the carrier.
Delivery
The machine arrives at your door. You pay transport costs directly to the carrier (prepaid or on delivery — depending on the carrier). Our fee according to your chosen tier — see pricing.
