How does Hutnia work?

We are your procurement agent — not a marketplace. Here's how the process works:

Fill in the consultation form — machine category, budget, timing. Or find a specific listing in our database and click „Request consultation“.

We search all major European platforms (Mascus, Maschinensucher, Surplex, Kleinanzeigen and others). We prepare a shortlist of the 3-5 best options.

We contact the sellers in German. We negotiate the price, verify the machine's condition and agree on the terms.

On request we arrange an on-site inspection of the machine — via our technician or a trusted partner in Germany.

You buy directly from the seller (purchase contract between you and them). We arrange transport, insurance and customs formalities.

The machine reaches you. You pay for the transport after delivery. Our fee — according to the contract.
