The VDF BOEHRINGER DUS 560 Ti is a robust CNC lathe designed for efficient machining of single pieces and small series, especially suitable for turning diameters up to 570 mm above the bed. Manufactured in 2005, this model features a maximum turning length of 3000 mm, allowing for the processing of longer workpieces. It is equipped with a powerful 19 kW spindle motor, delivering speeds up to 2500 rpm, which supports a wide range of machining operations. This lathe includes a 2-position Multifix turret, enabling the use of two tools for versatile turning tasks. The machine's spindle is compatible with DIN 55 027 Gr. 8 standards, and it features a passage diameter of 62 mm. The counter spindle recording is of type MK5, ensuring precise workpiece support. Control is managed via a Heidenhain Manual Plus 4110 system, providing reliable and user-friendly operation. The machine's working area is enclosed by protective blue doors with transparent windows, enhancing safety while allowing clear visibility of the machining process. A tailstock with a handwheel is installed on the right side inside the working area, offering additional support for workpieces. The lathe bears clear branding with the BOEHRINGER name and model DUS 560 Ti marked on its body. The control panel is positioned on the left side, featuring a screen and multiple buttons for comprehensive machine control. This machine is currently displayed in the showroom, with on-site viewing available upon request. The VDF 560 DUS are VDF Boehringer's most popular teach-in lathes in terms of turning diameter. With a standard chuck size of 315 mm or more, these machines offer optimal machining efficiency for the production of single pieces and small series.
