Step 0 is not a technical inspection of the machine. It does not guarantee condition. The risk of hidden defects is borne by the buyer toward the seller.

When and how do I pay?
After sending the inquiry, we contact you within 24h. We arrange a call time and send payment details — you can choose BLIK, bank transfer, or VAT invoice with 7-day terms (for companies).
How does the credit toward the Mandate work?
If within 30 days of paying for Step 0 you choose the full Mandate (500 €), your Step 0 fee is deducted from the honorarium.
Is this enough to evaluate the machine?
Step 0 is an initial conversation with the seller, not a full technical inspection. You'll get a first impression, verify availability and price. A full inspection requires the Mandate.
What language will the conversation be in?
We speak German with the seller. With you — Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Czech, German or English.
